He's Legal...

A Utah law requires an OHV operator from ages 8 to 15 to have a Utah Safety Certificate before heading out on the trails or dunes. (right now our friends are paying a hefty fine for not obeying this law) Max signed up and has been studying his "Off-Highway Vehicle Safety Training Manual" all week (looks just like the test at the DMV). It's a 4 hour course, 1st hour is a 50 question test, if he passes, he then rides for 3 hours, if he passes he then becomes LEGAL!!!!

HE PASSED!!!
